Unfortunately, Colorado isn’t getting an Ikea until 2012. I have been to their locations in Illinois and Florida just to buy some small housewares that could be packed in a suitcase. Needless to say, I can’t vouch for the quality of all of their pieces, but I love their design aesthetic. Unfortunately, many of their most awesome pieces can’t be shipped. Here are some of my favorites. Anyone up for a roadtrip to their location in Utah?

Even though we’ve never met, my love for IKEA is so strong that I would join you, a complete stranger, on said road trip.
P.S. I just had 6 of the Tobias chairs (3rd pic) delivered and they are GORGEOUS!
I thought I had seen those chairs somewhere before, it was your blog in the dining room area, huh? Thanks for being game for the roadtrip.
I’ll go, maybe we’ll need to get a little trailer to bring stuff back!
